Where the day begins. These images show the atmosphere and small movements that shape the tone of the day - pinning flowers, buttoning gowns, shifting light through hotel windows. I photograph prep with a balance of candid observation and subtle direction so the images feel natural and consistent with the rest of your gallery.
Common prep locations include downtown Boston hotels like the Fairmont Copley, modern suites in Cambridge, and coastal rentals in Salem, Beverly, and Gloucester. Each space brings its own light and character, and I adapt the approach to match it.

These photographs focus on expression, connection, and setting - a Boston church, The Crane Estate lawn, The Willowdale forest, or a rooftop overlooking the city. I photograph ceremonies with a steady, unobtrusive approach that keeps the images timeless and clear.
New England weather can shift quickly, and I work with whatever the day brings. Cloud cover, wind, or sudden light changes become part of the story rather than obstacles.
Ceremony
The reception is where energy lifts and the story opens up. These images show real reactions, movement, and the atmosphere of your venue after dark. I work with the rhythm of the room to stage speeches, dancing, and leave space for spontaneous moments. I use a mix of natural light and controlled lighting to keep everything sharp, lively, and intentional.
